What these figures commit to.

EBITDA here is operating profit plus depreciation and amortisation, computed the same way in every column. The company's own adjusted EBITDA appears in the memo block rather than in the multiples: it is a non-IFRS measure whose add-backs the issuer defines, and mixing it into a series that also contains derived years would make the row incomparable with itself.

Net debt is total borrowings less cash and equivalents. Lease liabilities are excluded and shown separately, so this figure will not agree with the issuer's own adjusted net debt, which includes them.

What is missing

Diasoft's financial year ends 31 March, so a column labelled 2026 is the year to 31 March 2026 — not a calendar year, and not comparable period-for-period with the other constituents. Each year is priced at that year's last March close rather than December's, so the market figures line up with the balance sheet beside them. The figures come from Diasoft's own investor databook, published on diasoft.ru, which carries six audited years of all three statements; the balance sheet is a rendered image in the filings themselves, and reading those pages separately gives the same totals to the rouble. Capital expenditure includes capitalised software development, which is much the largest part of it — the company treats it the same way in its own EBITDAC measure — and free cash flow is struck after it, which is why FY2025 comes out at essentially nil. Operating cash flow is the total after interest and tax paid. Net income is the statutory bottom line including discontinued operations; the adjusted EBITDA and adjusted net income in the memo block are the company's own, and add back one-off IPO costs. There is no trailing-twelve-month column: the next interim covers the six months to 30 September 2026 and is not published yet, and the one before it falls inside the year already shown.

Every figure traces to a filing.

Line items are read directly out of documents the issuer published, collected automatically from its investor-relations pages. Audited IFRS statements take precedence; quarterly press releases fill the gaps where a statement page did not survive conversion.
