What these figures commit to.

EBITDA here is operating profit plus depreciation and amortisation, computed the same way in every column. The company's own adjusted EBITDA appears in the memo block rather than in the multiples: it is a non-IFRS measure whose add-backs the issuer defines, and mixing it into a series that also contains derived years would make the row incomparable with itself.

Net debt is total borrowings less cash and equivalents. Lease liabilities are excluded and shown separately, so this figure will not agree with the issuer's own adjusted net debt, which includes them.

The last column is trailing twelve months, not a forecast: the full year plus the latest half less the same half a year earlier, with balance-sheet items taken at the interim date. There is no consensus data behind this page, so there are no forecast years.

What is missing

Net debt here adds back the money Ozon's fintech arm holds for its customers — 882 bn roubles at 30 June 2026 — because that cash sits on the asset side with a matching liability against it. Netting only borrowings would count client money as shareholders', which put enterprise value below zero before this was corrected. Equity has been negative since the accumulated deficit passed paid-in capital, so P/B and return on equity are left blank rather than shown as negative numbers that read like ratios. Revenue, adjusted EBITDA and net income run from 2018 out of the company's databook; the balance sheet and cash flow start at 2022, from the audited FY2023 filing. 2020 and 2021 come from the 20-F filings Ozon made to the SEC as Ozon Holdings PLC, before the move to Russia. They describe the same group: 2022 appears in both, and its revenue, loss, weighted-average share count, total assets, borrowings, leases and capital expenditure all agree to the million with the Russian statements beside them. Gross profit is deliberately not carried back — the 20-F strikes it after cost of sales alone, which is a different line from the one the databook prints, and splicing the two would put a break mid-series with nothing marking it. Free cash flow removes the fintech book's own growth from operating cash flow, for the same reason net debt adds the liability back: the deposits taken, net of the lending they fund, are money passing through the group rather than cash earned for shareholders. In 2025 that is 316 bn of the 539 bn of cash from operations, and 262 bn in the first half of 2026 alone; the memo row beneath free cash flow shows the amount removed each period so the adjustment can be undone. It stops at the funding — the arm's interest received and paid stay in, because they are earnings rather than the book expanding — so this is free cash flow before the fintech book grows, not e-commerce free cash flow. Finance cost coverage follows the same logic on the other side of the balance sheet. Ozon's income statement reports finance costs net — after 12.2 bn of interest income, and including fair-value and credit-loss movements — so the charge here is assembled instead from the three interest components its note breaks out: leases, borrowings and other e-commerce obligations, 72.9 bn in 2025. Those three are the company's own definition of the line, not ours: for 2022 they sum to 11 860, exactly the interest expense Ozon reported in its 20-F. The fintech arm's interest is excluded — 65.7 bn in 2025 against 124.0 bn of fintech interest income — because it is the cost of running a bank, matched by the revenue it earns, rather than a charge on the group's capital. Ozon discloses a diluted share count in its annual statements and in the first-quarter interim, but not in the half-year one: the last figures it published are 218 237 617 diluted against 208 321 883 basic at 31 March 2026, a 4.8% spread opened by its incentive awards. The trailing diluted P/E is therefore left empty rather than carried forward, and the trailing basic figure should be read as flattered by roughly that much.

Every figure traces to a filing.

Line items are read directly out of documents the issuer published, collected automatically from its investor-relations pages. Audited IFRS statements take precedence; quarterly press releases fill the gaps where a statement page did not survive conversion.
